How much is delivery?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $79. For all orders under $79 (excluding shipping) a flat shipping rate of $9.95 applies.

I have made a mistake with my address. Can I change it?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes after your order has been finalized. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information and you may be able to contact the carrier redirect your parcel.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process all orders within 1 - 5 business days. Sale periods or site-wide promotions may impact handling times. Within Australia, your delivery will usually be received within 1 - 7 days from when it is shipped. In more remote, and regional, areas this can take longer. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order.

Where is my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided in your shipping confirmation email and these can be used to track your order.

My parcel has not arrived. What should I do?

Please allow up to 10 working days to receive an order & check the tracking numbers provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

Missing or non-delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only. You need to contact us to arrange redelivery within 30 days of dispatch, after which the refund will be processed automatically.

Should these steps not resolve your issue or if your order is missing in transit, please send me an email with your order details to: shelby@ozgreenoasis.com.au. We will launch a missing parcel investigation with our shipper. Please note this can take up to 10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship only within Australia.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely. If you are not 100% satisfied or you change your mind, you can return the product for a refund as long as you fulfill the following criteria.

  • You have purchased the item within the last 30 days
  • The product has been returned in its original condition and has not been used, opened or the seal broken, where applicable. Product packaging must also be received intact with no tears or blemishes.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do you return items?

What should I do if I receive a faulty product or the wrong item?

Please email me at shelby@ozgreenoasis.com.au and I will organise a replacement ASAP and cover all shipping costs for your replacements.

How do you package orders?

All of our orders are posted using environmentally-friendly and sustainable postage options. We don’t use plastic bags or bubble wrap, but you may receive some biodegradable corn starch peanuts to ensure your products are protected in transit. They can be put in your compost, garden or have a bit of fun and watch them dissolve in water!

How do I know that you received my order?

You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order by email. Should you not receive this email, it means that your order may not have been confirmed. Please email me at shelby@ozgreenoasis.com.au and I can check it for you.

How does Oz Green Oasis choose what brands and products to stock?

Oz Green Oasis has high standards for our sustainable products. We source and stock only products that are verified to have:

  1. Proven performance
  2. Sustainable product packaging
  3. Healthier plant-based, cruelty-free formulas

No products on Oz Green Oasis contain: sulphates (SLS, SLES, SCS), triclosan, sodium coco sulphate, coco betaine, parabens, phosphates, formaldehyde, MEA, DEA, TEA, synthetic fragrance, chlorine, bleach, petrochemicals, animal by-products, allergens, perfumes, dyes, caustics or any other known nasty ingredients. Our products are better for you & the planet.

Are you cruelty-free and vegan?

All of our products are free of animal testing and 100% vegan. That is a key criteria in anything being sold on the site. Many of our products are approved by PETA, Leaping Bunny, Certified Cruelty Free, NATRUE or the Vegan Society.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Zip.

I am a brand and would like to sell my products through you. Who do I contact?

Great to hear that you are enthusiastic about working with us! We carefully select brands that meet our high standards on:

  1. Proven performance: Products must have star ratings of 4+ from 50 or more consumer reviews
  2. Sustainable product packaging
  3. Healthier plant-based, cruelty-free formulas

No products on Oz Green Oasis contain: sulphates (SLS, SLES, SCS), triclosan, sodium coco sulphate, coco betaine, parabens, phosphates, formaldehyde, MEA, DEA, TEA, synthetic fragrance, chlorine, bleach, petrochemicals, animal by-products, allergens, perfumes, dyes, caustics or any other known nasty ingredients.

My order is a gift – do you include an invoice?

All correspondence will be sent electronically. We do not include a physical copy of the invoice in your order.

How do I use Zippay?

All you need to do is select ZipPay as your payment option at checkout. You will be transferred to the ZipPay website where you can complete payment. Once approved, your order will be shipped as normal. You can then enjoy your purchases while you pay it off over time.
